So I've ordered a Red Oxx Sky Train. Will cost me about $400+ in shipping and customs charges but I'm hoping it will be worth it.

Richard comments on MEI Executive Overnighter - Reader Review

Skip - Thanks for the information. Yes, it does. When I got it back with all the "upgrades" I told Ahmed that I really thought the bag would be much more useful with tie-downs in all 3 compartments. He agreed, and you'll see in his post above (dated 6/25) that tie-downs in all 3 compartments are now standard for all new EO's.

As I'd mentioned before Ahmed happily sent me a complete set of tie-down straps with the clips. I just found a local shop to sew them into the bag, it cost me $4. You might call or write to Ahmed, I would think he might very well do the same thing for you. The shop took less then 15 minutes to install them, and it's a great addition to the bag.

jon comments on MEI Executive Overnighter - Reader Review

Skip--it looks like your front compartment has tie downs, is that true? (Save on Shoulders) strap at amazon.com. Amazon is charing $19.95 for it, plus $3.85 for shipping. Tom Bihn's price has gone up to $30 for the Absolute Strap, plus shipping. You can order the exact same strap from Amazon and save about $10.
