Hi, all! I'm getting ready to fly for the first time and have been looking around at lightweight travel gear. Would the small size Sea to Summit TravellingLight See Pouch work as a 3-1-1 liquids bag?

It's only clear on 1 side (the other side is silnylon) and has a capacity of 1 L, not 1 qt. (I wouldn't stuff it full though in any case.)

How strict is TSA on this?

It won't work. The bag must be clear on both sides. TSA is usually very strict on this. They don't even want clear bags with any type of writing or decoration.

A liter is very similar in size to a quart so that may not be noticed.
