A few people have pointed out to me that the Reader's Forum looks more like Craigslist than it does a forum to share information.

I took a good look at it today and they are right. It really looks ridiculous.

Starting immediately, we are going to change this.

I will start a thread "Items for Sale." If you have something to sell, post it to that thread. Please include some contact information in your posting so buyers can contact you directly.

Any selling postings off this thread will be removed. If the item you posted is sold, please let me know and I'll remove the original post.

I still reserve the right to sell products reviewed on this site to help pay the bills. That helps me to not accept any type of advertising and stay neutral.

I am going to try to work with the developers of the platform to find a better solution.

Excellent solution. I think that a dedicated thread that gets regularly cleaned out will be a good solution.
