I have a very lightly used Tom Bihn Western Flyer. I purchased it shortly after Tom Bihn introduced it. You can wear it on your back or carry it like a briefcase. I do not have a shoulder strap but you could certainly attach a shoulder strap.

I have used it 5 or 6 times (total). As others have commented, the bag quality is SUPER. It is as close to "new" condition as possible. Non-smoking home. I am selling it reluctantly. Hard to justify it when I use it just once a year.
