As a Londoner, yes I am. You fate is in the hands of the weather gods. If wondering what clothing you should sort out for the trip, take a waterproof jacket. you can wear light clothing and layer up if it gets too chilly, definitely pack a sweater or fleece for that reason. I've been really lucky anytime I go home for a visit, it rarely rains and if it does, it showers for a while then either drizzles or dries up. There have been some years where it has been rather warm in the Autumn/Fall, that is why I suggest light clothing........you never know. ;-)
Except for one June day when I stood on a Broadstairs beach and wished I had my parka!! Lets face it, it's what we get for being an island, the weather in the UK is just crazy, and if you get bored with, wait five minutes.
