I tried to use seatguru.com and noticed a change. In the past, you typed in your flight info, dates, and e-ticket number and it would show you your exact seat. But now there is no place to enter your e-ticket info and all it does is show you the plane's schematic---not your particular seat. That is not helpful to me because I do not know my seat number. Am I missing something here or doing something wrong??
I looked at seatexpert.com for the first time last night, relative to changing some seats on a long flight. One tip on the site would be to AVOID the row of seats directly behind the Economy Plus section, or whatever it gets called one airline to another, because those seats will recline further...into YOUR lap, if you are not in that section.
