Ok, now here's a question for you. If you adapt a multi compartment bag, do you still use cubes/sacs/folders when you pack? If so, how many? I tend to use one EC packing sac for toiletries (other then liquids), and other then that have been debating if I still need to use cubes or if it's better to just buy several larger zippered "sacs" rather then my cubes. Thoughts/experiences??

A bag with quality hold-downs may mean you don't use cubes or folders for clothing - but hold-down straps leave wrinkles too. Just depends on the bag. You wouldn't think of using an Aeronaut without a cubes (the end pocket shoe cubes are terrific). A small bag which is always packed tight might not need cubes. I'd always have some available since it may also depend on what type of trip, clothing, and what non-clothing items you may need to carry.
