It's like a typical US dollar store but many things are made to be space saving or multi taskers.
I was in there today, and I was thinking of the recent discussion on buying interesting things overseas. While I was walking around, I realized that this is a very good spot for travel friendly items. I bought a multi-pack of plastic bottles and tubes, probably ranging from 20ml to 80 ml or so. Also, one 30 ml spray bottle and one 60 ml (I had packaging for the Stink Fighter in mind).
I bought a box of 12 individual packs of 16ml mouth wash. They are about the size and shape of the old style, non-sugared Kool-Aid packets, if they still have those. Good for an overnight trip or so.
Also, I took home a handy plastic hanger with clips on it, nearly flat, good for hanging damp socks and shorts from the shower curtain rod.
There's also a good assorment of makeup bags, pouches, and boxes, small hair brushes and tooth brushes, athletic tape in small quantities, other things that are easy to pack. I didn't need any today but good to know. Nor did I take one of the plastic travel bags for peeing in on a long car trip :). I didn't know what it was until I overheard a Japanese guy reading the label to his American girlfriend.)
Anyway, if you live in a larger city, particularly on the West Coast, you probably already know about these but it was new to me.

We have a pretty new Japanese Dollar store in our town. Actually, it's a $2 store. Similar to this one, if there's one in your area:
