The smallest and lightest noise canceling headphones on the list are the Sony MDR-NC22. These felt comfortable for exactly long enough for me to make a purchase at a Brookstone store in Atlanta. Ever since I've rued the day I bought them, and plan to bring the old Bose set out of retirement before my next trip.
