Pocket scale saves $$

This cool digital pocket scale from Magellan’s could pay for itself if it keeps you from going overweight on one flight! It’s way cooler and more portable than my old analog model. Be careful though, everyone in line may want to use it!

I've got on of these, I use it when I check a bag (mainly on scuba dive trips, since gear is heavy).

Its really great! The unit weighs about 1/3 lb, so you can take it with you if needed. The only thing I don't like is that it always starts up in kg mode and I have to press a button to change to lb. But that's pretty minor.
