Featherweight roller review

Practical Hacks Kevin has a terrific review of a new ultralight roller (see video below):

If you survey the marketplace for lightweight, wheeled carry-on bags – defining lightweight as less than 5½ pounds (2.49 kg) – the landscape isn’t exactly cluttered.  A Saks offers a 4.8 lb. wheeled duffel, Travelite offers a “Starlight” wheelie that checks in at 5.07 lbs (2.3 kg) but is only available in Europe, and then of course there’s the Landor & Hawa IT-0-2, which tips the scales at 5.02 pounds (2.28 kg).

My wife has this L & H case in the next size up, but hasn't yet had an opportunity to use it. She also has the Antler New Size Zero in a 29-inch, but there is a 22-inch available, listed as weighing 5.2 lbs., which if similar to her check-in case, ought to be another contender on the "short list" of ultralightweight roller cases. Certainly it's the one I'd buy, if I needed one....which I don't.

Nice review. A desirable, lightweight wheeled bag can be difficult to find. I must confess that technology advancements have made some of my electronics lighter, thus I go without wheels on some occasions.
