If you like tiny...

I often joke that my cellphone is so small that I could swallow it if being approached by government agents. In the tiny vein, here’s a flash drive so small you can leave it in your laptop/netbook without fear of breakage. The protective cap actually seems bigger than the drive. Keeping up with it (or retrieving it if you swallow it) will be the biggest hassle.

The LaCie MosKeyto:

This is the perfect item I have been waiting for! I can't count how many times I've almost creamed a USB port by forgetting to take out a flash drive. I can't wait to get one!

I am a huge fan of tiny accessories. What brand phone do you carry? I carried a GSM Samsung SGH590 around for years (http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_e590-1869.php) because it was the tiniest phone I knew of.

For flash drives, I have been carrying these around on keychains for a couple years .They are tiny (volume probably smaller than the MosKeyTo) and can also be left in the drive, although it sticks out further than the MosKeyTo does: http://www.amazon.com/PNY-Micro-Attache-Flash-P-FD4GBMIC-FS

There are 4GB ($12) and 8GB ($25) variants, I have one of each and they work great.

Andrew, it's the old Pantech as pictured above. It has tremendous reception (a plus where I live), though it's otherwise quite primitive.
