Heavy luggage not to blame

Please forgive the dearth of posts this week. I’m down in my back, but - rest assured - it’s not the result of heavy luggage. I tray to stay under 15 pounds - on my back or shoulder. This will not, of course, drive me to wheeled luggage which is light only until you have to bend over and lift it. Then it can be very heavy indeed.
