I'll throw out an idea I just had. Do this ahead of time for the same length as your trip. Whatever you use each day, put it in your luggage. At the end of the trip length, try to combine items to reduce the load. Remove items you know you won't use on the trip and consider other items you need for your trip that you may not have used in your daily routine.
